You’ll join a leading healthcare organisation delivering advanced radiotherapy treatments to patients. This is a temporary assignment until the end of February, offering fixed hours and the chance to work in a modern oncology department equipped with state of the art technology.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, accurate radiotherapy treatments using Varian TrueBeam linacs.
Perform online image review and matching to ensure precision in treatment delivery.
Supervise junior radiographers and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care.
Adhere to NHSE guidelines, professional codes of practice and departmental protocols.
Requirements
HCPC Registered Therapeutic Radiographer.
Minimum 1 year experience on Varian TrueBeam linacs.
Competent in online image matching and advanced radiotherapy techniques.
Previous experience at Band 6 or equivalent senior level, including supervision responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Contract Details
Duration: Until end of February.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Location: Accessible via public transport (parking only for unsocial hours).
