What will you be doing?
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of patient care, and be a valued member in contributing to the effective running of the unit
Troubleshoot and raise any concerns to the ward sister or matron
Support the nursing team, HCA’s and Ward Sister
Delegating work duties to others
Make safe discharge decisions working with our consultant team
Skills and Experience:
Surgical experience required
Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
Minimum 1 year post grad experience.
Organisational and communication skills
