Responsibilities

As a Patient Plus Coordinator, you will:

  • Serve as the dedicated liaison for VIP patients and key referrers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to treatment completion.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the patient journey, including scheduling, medical reports, billing, and hospitality services.

  • Anticipate and fulfil unique client needs with discretion and professionalism.

  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, clinical teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a patient-facing or client relationship role (healthcare or luxury service environment essential).

  • Private healthcare experience and familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems.

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in multiple languages (desirable).
