Responsibilities
As a Patient Plus Coordinator, you will:
Serve as the dedicated liaison for VIP patients and key referrers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to treatment completion.
Coordinate all aspects of the patient journey, including scheduling, medical reports, billing, and hospitality services.
Anticipate and fulfil unique client needs with discretion and professionalism.
Facilitate communication between patients, families, clinical teams, and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience in a patient-facing or client relationship role (healthcare or luxury service environment essential).
Private healthcare experience and familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in multiple languages (desirable).
