We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our client's Theatres team based in the heart of London!
The successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do. As a qualified practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration you will use your skills and knowledge to work well within a team, adopting a flexible and collaborative approach at all times.
Overall Objectives:
To deliver an exceptional service to all Consultant users
Ensure that lists run efficiently and safely ensuring all instrumentation and implants are readily available for each and every procedure
Ability to ‘scrub’ and demonstrate knowledge of cases performed within the organisation
Who we are looking for:
Must have a valid NMC
Must be able to assist/SFA qualified to part one minimum
The ability to work independently
Ability to be flexible and meet the changing needs of the service
Commitment to a high-quality service
Self-motivation and ability to motivate others
Good time management
Good oral and written communication skills
