We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our client's Therapies team. This role is based in London.
Key Duties
To support the speech and language therapy lead in research, education and service development/innovation within these clinical areas in conjunction with the MDT.
To develop collaborative working practices with the MDT.
To work with other professionals to support the development of a rehabilitation ethos within the clinic, improving knowledge & promoting best clinical practice to all staff.
To utilise advanced clinical skills in the comprehensive assessment of patients with diverse or complex presentations/multiple pathologies in order to provide an accurate diagnosis and formulate a management plan.
Skills & Experience
Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent with HCPC registration.
Member Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
Experience of working in the management of an outpatient voice caseload.
Experience in the management of patients with tracheostomies.
