Your Role

As Clinic Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of personalised, compassionate dialysis care. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all clinical, operational and administrative activities within the clinic.

You will:

  • Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic

  • Ensure an exceptional patient journey, creating a welcoming, safe environment

  • Liaise with key external bodies (e.g. partner organisations, auditors, regulators)

  • Lead on clinic improvements, implementing innovative processes to raise quality and efficiency

  • Onboard, mentor and support new teammates

  • Build strong, positive relationships with patients and address concerns with empathy

  • Ensure full compliance with all clinical governance, audit and regulatory frameworks

  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely report submissions

  • Champion a values driven, collaborative culture that motivates your team

What You Need to Succeed

  • Registered Nurse with full NMC registration

  • Experience working as a Registered Manager with CQC (or willingness to achieve this)

  • Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis environment

  • Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, approachable leadership style

  • Ability to inspire, guide and motivate a diverse team

  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Evidence of continued professional development (renal experience desirable)
