Your Role as Scrub Nurse
As a key member of the theatre team, you will be responsible for:
Scrubbing and circulating for a wide range of surgical procedures
Preparing theatres and maintaining sterile environments
Monitoring patients throughout surgery and ensuring safe transitions to recovery
Managing surgical instruments, inventory and infection control
Supporting theatre leads and contributing to continuous improvement
Participating in emergency drills, training sessions and mentorship programmes

Essential:
NMC registration and eligibility to practice in the UK
5+ year experience as a Scrub Nurse in the UK
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What’s In It for You?
This role offers:
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Contract: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- No overnight shifts
