What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the ward nursing team, you will:
Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients across a range of surgical and medical specialties
Monitor patient progress and respond to clinical changes with confidence and professionalism
Work collaboratively with consultants, allied health professionals and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of infection control
Support patients and families throughout their hospital stay, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the values of the organisation
Who You Are
You’re a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration and a passion for delivering excellent care. You’re confident in your clinical decision making and thrive in a fast paced, patient focused environment.
Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
Recent experience in ward based care (medical or surgical)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
