What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the ward nursing team, you will:

  • Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients across a range of surgical and medical specialties

  • Monitor patient progress and respond to clinical changes with confidence and professionalism

  • Work collaboratively with consultants, allied health professionals and support staff

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of infection control

  • Support patients and families throughout their hospital stay, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the values of the organisation

Who You Are

You’re a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration and a passion for delivering excellent care. You’re confident in your clinical decision making and thrive in a fast paced, patient focused environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

  • Recent experience in ward based care (medical or surgical)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
