Our client is looking for you to join as a junior sister/charge nurse at their amazing hospital located in the heart of London
Key duties and responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior nursing staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote a positive and caring environment
Requirements:
A band 6 Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with experience in a leadership or senior nursing role
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
