If so, one of our respected clients are currently looking for a Senior CT Radiographer for a well-known private hospital in Southwest London. The client is looking for someone to join their imaging team and continue providing the best quality service to create a pleasant environment for both staff and patients.
Your role will be working part of the multi-disciplinary team and will be primarily based in their General X-ray department but will include rotations through the CT department.
Perform high quality examinations by referring clinicians according to departmental policies.
Maintain an excellent standard of imaging and patient care in accordance with the quality standards or the department and the hospital.
Work accurately to ensure a high standard of radiography and to keep patient waiting time down.
Ensure that monitoring standards for patient care, reporting and technical performance provides a high-quality service.
Ensuring that cleanliness is maintained and that all faults with equipment are reported immediately as well as assisting in the care of all equipment.
BSc or DCR in Radiography.
Registration with HCPC.
Post-graduate experience in a Senior II / Band 5 Radiographer post.
Be fully conversant with the Radiology Information System (RIS), PACS, and the computerised method of patient and examination documentation.
Ensure that effective booking, information, reporting and filing systems are maintained and developed.
