Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, five‑star welcome and ongoing client experience
Manage front‑of‑house operations with confidence, precision, and warmth
Coordinate appointments, diaries, and client communication across systems
Maintain a stunning reception area aligned with luxury brand standards
Support clinicians with non‑clinical assistance, room preparation and patient flow
Champion treatment packages, skincare retail, memberships and promotions
Proactively contribute to sales performance and client retention
Ensure immaculate documentation aligned with CQC, GDPR and clinic policies
Manage clinical waste safely and in accordance with infection control protocols
Provide valuable operational insights to management
Become a trusted ambassador of the clinic’s premium standards and values
Requirements
