As well as supervising, supporting and developing junior staff, you’ll deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.

What will you be doing?

  • Be part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team

  • Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring

  • Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities

  • Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff

  • Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective, and evidence based

  • Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be a registered ODP or RGN

  • Have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience within orthopaedic scrub (majors and spines)

  • Be flexible to meet the needs of the service

  • Preferably have an SFA qualification or willing to work towards this in the first 12 months of employment
