Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art.
Prepare the operating room by maintaining sterile procedure to set out instruments and set up other surgical equipment.
Be familiar with all surgical instruments and be comfortable assisting with a variety of surgical procedures.
Recognise respiratory and cardiovascular decline and know initial steps to obtain help and to stabilize your patient.
Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.
The Theatre is open between 8am & 8pm Monday to Friday.
Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated.
