Requirements:
Certified Anaesthetics Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with appropriate credentials - NMC pin or HCPC
Demonstrated experience in anaesthetics procedures and protocols.
Strong communication skills and the ability to function seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
Adaptability to new technologies and protocols.
Commitment to maintaining patient safety and delivering quality care.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing patients for anaesthesia and surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Collaborate closely with anaesthetists, surgeons, and fellow team members to ensure smooth surgical workflow.
Monitor patients' vitals during surgery and assist with post-operative recovery as needed.
