T2 Healthcare are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses to join our agency for flexible shift work in the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patients' physical and emotional well-being
Documenting patient observations, progress, and care plans
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Supporting patients and their families in their recovery journey
Requirements:
Active NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
Strong clinical skills and experience in a mental health setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
