Key Responsibilities
You will:
Hold Ofsted registration for two homes, ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children.
Develop tailored care strategies that promote recovery and resilience.
Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management across both homes.
Manage budgets and resources effectively while maintaining high standards.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, social workers, and multi-agency teams.
Drive continuous improvement and prepare homes for Ofsted inspections.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.
What We’re Looking For
You are:
Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Experienced as a Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings.
Skilled in staff leadership, safeguarding, and operational management.
Resilient, empathetic, and passionate about improving the lives of children.
Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership across multiple sites.
