Responsibilities
As a Consultant in Stroke Medicine, you will:
Deliver high-quality stroke and TIA care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Contribute to service development and integrated care pathways.
Participate in teaching, audits, and research initiatives.
Provide professional supervision and leadership for junior medical staff.
Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
Requirements
Full GMC registration and MRCP (UK) or equivalent.
On Specialist Register with proven skills and up-to-date experience in Stroke Medicine and General Internal Medicine.
Strong leadership and service development experience.
Ability to teach and inspire the next generation of clinicians.
Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
