Responsibilities

  • ​Deliver high-quality NHS and/or private dental care in line with clinical best practice.

  • Diagnose, plan, and carry out a full range of dental treatments for patients.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with GDC and NHS standards.

  • Provide clear communication and advice to patients regarding treatment options and oral health.

  • Work collaboratively with dental nurses and practice staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Uphold infection control and health & safety protocols at all times.

  • Participate in clinical audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Engage in professional development, including mentoring opportunities and specialist training.

  • Support the practice in achieving UDA targets and maintaining excellent patient satisfaction.

  • Embrace digital workflows and innovative technologies to enhance patient care.

Requirements

  • GDC registered dentist with NHS performer number (or willingness to obtain).

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Interest in continuous professional development.
