Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As an HCA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our performers and production staff in the theatre. You will provide vital support and care, making it possible for our performers to shine on stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the health and well-being of performers, crew, and staff.
Administer basic first aid and medical assistance as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean environment in the theatre.
Collaborate with medical professionals as required.
Assist with costume changes and quick changes for performers.
Provide emotional support and comfort to those in need.
Help coordinate emergency responses and evacuations.
Qualifications:
Certified Healthcare Assistant or equivalent certification.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Compassion and empathy for performers and staff.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude.
