Our hospital is offering a permanent opportunity to a Staff Nurse and can offer to £41,500 per annum plus benefits, depending on skills and experience. You will be required to fulfil 37.5 hours of work per week.

Join a close-knit team headed by our director of nursing care on our consultant-led ward.

Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs.

Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.

 

The hospital consists of:

48 inpatient and day case bedrooms

28 consultation rooms

Three digital operating theatres

Cardiac catheterisation lab

Specialist intensive care beds

8 bay Oncology Day unit

Endoscopy and minor ops theatre

Full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, and general X-ray.

Overtime, for clinical roles grade 9 and below, the overtime is at a standard rate of pay. Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.

Requirements

As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at our Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care.

You’re registered with the appropriate governing body.

You will bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.
