We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Staff Nurse to work within their Ward department on a full time basis. What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering holistic, patient-focused nursing care in line with clinical protocols
Supporting consultants during outpatient procedures and consultations
Performing phlebotomy, administering injections and vaccinations, and conducting smear tests
Managing clinical documentation and ensuring accurate patient records
Leading and mentoring HCAs, supporting their development and daily coordination
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environment
Assisting with stock control, infection prevention, and CQC compliance
Supporting the Lead Nurse with audits, training, and service improvements
Working flexibly across multiple sites, including a new clinic launching in Richmond
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident, empathetic nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for women’s health.
Essential
NMC-registered Nurse (Adult)
Phlebotomy experience
Previous experience in gynaecology or outpatient settings
Degree in nursing or a health-related subject
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A team-player who aligns with the organisation’s values of respect, empathy and excellence
Desirable
Experience in private healthcare
Leadership or mentoring experience
Familiarity with CQC standards and clinical governance
