Our client is currently undergoing a massive expansion of services and staffing at their London centre, therefore they are looking for an experienced Senior Radiographer specialising in MRI to join their vibrant and dynamic team. The successful candidate will mesh into the already established team and promote the organisations success.

Duties

  • Contribute to the monitoring, evaluating and reporting status of the MRI departmental operations.

  • Act as a liaison internally and externally.

  • Professionally and legally responsible for all aspects of own practice, working within national legislation, departmental and hospital wide policy, Code of Conduct and professional guidelines ensuring delivery of imaging services emulates "best practices"

  • Assist with the development of Caregivers with effective coaching and mentoring.

  • Assist Radiology Leads to ensure Caregivers are trained on new equipment.

  • Maintains a work environment that fosters quality care delivery, accountability and employee satisfaction.

  • Assist implementation of new patient care services

  • Provides direct patient care in specialty areas.

  • Undertake relevant training and competency assessments,

Requirements

  • HCPC registered

  • Competent in MRI MSK imaging

  • Orthopaedic X-ray experience

  • Image Intensifier experience is beneficial but not essential

  • Strong commitment to teamwork

  • Patient-focused with high standards of care and customer service

  • High standards of patient confidentiality

  • Prefer cardiac experience (the more the better)
