We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Nurse to join our agency and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Care Home Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality clinical care and support.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's physician
Observe, assess and document residents' conditions and changes
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Respond to residents' needs in a timely and compassionate manner
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
Active NMC pin
At least 6 month of experience in a care home setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
