Requirements 

  • QCF OR EQUIVALENT level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous care experience or experience of working with people.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Open listening skills.

Duties

  • Undertake the role of key-worker with a group of residents under the supervision of a senior member of staff and to assist in the admission of residents.
  • Participate in developing and reviewing individual care plans for residents, this may include residents with dementia, in accordance with the Quality Standards manual.
  • Respect residents’ rights to privacy, dignity and choice.
  • Provide personal and social care in accordance with individual care plans with the aim of enhancing the residents’ social, physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
  • Engage in social care activities with residents throughout the day (and night if appropriate), according to the care plan and as recommended by senior staff and/or Social Care Facilitator
  • Relate positively and spontaneously with residents to enhance their experience and well-being, either whilst providing private individual care or in communal settings, all the while preserving their dignity and respect.

RGN - Locum

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

Duties

  • To support the manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the home’s management and service provision. Working within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, the organisation’s Policies and Procedures and Codes of Practices are adhered to.
  • To lead the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care.
  • To lead the clinical nursing work and staff management in the designated area of responsibility

Duties

  • You will be responsible for providing specialised imaging for our patients within the Radiographic department, specifically CT and MRI. 
  • You will take a lead in cross sectional imaging procedures and ensuring the team delivers an effective service by providing appropriate clinical leadership, as well as developing the expertise of the team through your mentoring and guidance. 
  • You will also be the main point of contact within the team for consultant and patient queries

  • Transfusion and haematology experience
  • UK experience (Must Have)

Duties 

  • You will assist in the organisation, management and development of services within the specialty of expertise provided by the laboratory
  • Your role will be to liaise with the Laboratory Consultant and the Laboratory Manager, to ensure the provision of the high quality service in an efficient and cost effective manner. You will plan, analyse, assess and report pathology investigations, as well as analyse, interpret and report information and knowledge related to ideas and concepts.
  • You will also develop and evaluate the movement of laboratory specimens, blood and tissues
