Our Client is an innovative and forward thinking independent nationwide provider of care. 

They have been a trusted partner of the NHS since 2002 and their services are located in Croydon, London, Leicester, Leeds and Birmingham. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mental Health Nurse to join their experienced team of Healthcare professionals. They have a culture of openness and honesty with smooth transition of care through internal pathways.  

This community Hospital is a 25 bed community-based independent hospital that provides assertive rehabilitation for male and female service users with complex mental health needs. The hospital provides 19 single en-suite bedrooms and 6 semi-independent apartments, allowing them to provide a step down service and encourage independence.

They also provide care for elderly people who may suffer from dementia and who may also require palliative care.   



  • Be registered with the NMC as a mental health nurse (RMN)

  • Have experience in a similar setting

  • Be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy working with patients who present with a variety of conditions

  • Possess excellent clinical, communication and basic IT skills

  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to be an effective team worker whilst retaining individual accountability and flexibility

  • Mental Health Experience

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • NHS/Private Sector background

  • Willing to contribute to the department and interact with the busy team

  •  Full time and part time

  •  Able to work flexible shifts.
