Our client is based in Wimbledon where they have easy access into Central London. It has 4 Theatres PACU with an Endoscopy room and a sterile department where you can develop and progress in your career.


  • It’s important to provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
  • You must support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
  • You will take full responsibility and ownership of your professional development plan. 
  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritise and evaluate work carried out by self. 
  • Need to Adhere to Aspen Healthcare Policies. 
  • You will support the HCA’s in their role. 
  • Important that you comply with our clients and their departmental policies to provide a safe and effective environment for both patients and staff. 
  • You will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Theatre Team.
  • Must make sure that any accidents or complaints are fully documented and that the appropriate manager is informed.
  • Must complete all written documentation in a timely manner and to a legible standard.
  • You will act a role model.
  • You need to be aware of and comply with all infection prevention and control policies and ensure best practice is maintained to ensure low infection rates. 
  • Important that you administer drugs and fluids to the appropriate at our client’s policy.
  • You will have to communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient.
  • Need to proactively monitor the patients level of discomfort/ pain and take appropriate actions to ensure the patient is comfortable.
