We are working closely with a Clinic in London(Marylebone) to find high calibre individuals who can combine exceptional secretarial skills, with a professional manner and collaborative approaches to join their highly specialised private dermatology Clinic
You will support your team, take ownership, and provide efficient secretarial support to the Clinic and Consultant daily. 

 

Duties


You will be responsible for all aspects of the clinic, including patient correspondence & liaison and administration of the practice.  You will be disciplined, have flawless organisational skills and will be able to complete a variety of ad hoc projects.  You will have accurate audio/copy typing and excellent PC skills (Microsoft XP, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Practice Manager (or equivalent)).  Experience of conference organisation would be a bonus.  


A smart appearance is essential along with diplomacy and a confident & kind telephone manner. You will be able to liaise at every level, be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines, manage appointments and be comfortable dealing with account queries.  For this highly varied, rewarding, and responsible role, you will need a “can do” attitude, a bright and flexible personality and the ability to multitask!  Experience dealing with confidential or sensitive information will make you an ideal candidate.  You will be working in a busy, fun, and friendly environment alongside one other secretary and two nurses.  

 

Essential requirements

•    Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
•    Working directly with a Consultant
•    2 years private medical experience
•    PowerPoint expert
•    Mature Natured
•    Quick thinking

£125 will be deducted from salary every month for 3 months then will returned to you double after probation.
