With multiple modern theatres, advanced diagnostic capabilities and a thriving consultant community, this hospital is committed to creating an environment where excellence is the expectation, not the aspiration.

The Role - Theatre Manager

As Theatre Manager, YOU will take full responsibility for operational and clinical leadership across Theatres, Endoscopy and Decontamination Services. You will be the driving force behind a confident, motivated and high‑performing multidisciplinary team — ensuring safe surgery, seamless pathways and a patient experience that surpasses expectations.

Leadership & Culture
  • Inspire a resilient, motivated and unified perioperative team

  • Lead recruitment, retention, mentoring and performance management

  • Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and psychological safety
