Do you want to work nights in a warm, welcoming home where you feel truly valued?
You’ll be joining a deeply respected, award‑winning care home known locally for exceptional standards, a friendly atmosphere, and a strong commitment to meaningful resident relationships. Here, residents don’t simply live in our workplace — we work in their home.
Every shift is about warmth, dignity, connection and making each person’s night as comfortable and fulfilling as possible.
This is the perfect environment if you want to make a real difference, work with a supportive team and deliver care you can be proud of.
The Role
As our Night RGN, you will lead the home overnight, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and personalised care during quieter hours. You’ll create calm, comfort and reassurance, while maintaining clinical excellence and supporting the night care team.
You’ll be the steady, reassuring presence residents rely on and the leader your colleagues look to for guidance and positivity.

Lead the night shift with confidence, positivity and warmth
Assess, plan and implement person‑centred care for elderly residents
Administer and document medications safely in line with clinical and regulatory standards

Support end‑of‑life and dementia residents with empathy and patience
