We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our agency team and work flexible shifts at a private hospital. Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs and be able to work well within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients with mental health needs in accordance with established policies and procedures
Administer and monitor medications, treatments and interventions as prescribed
Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Minimum of 6 months experience working as a RMN
Demonstrated experience in working with patients with mental health conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
