Responsibilities:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring and documenting vital signs, symptoms and changes in resident's condition
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and best practices
Providing emotional support and a high standard of care to residents
