Agency Theatre Practitioner - Ashford

T2 Healthcare is seeking an engaging and inclusive Theatre Practitioner – Scrub/Anaesthetics or Recovery (RGN/ODP) to join our client's friendly and talented team. This Theatre Practitioner role has full and part-time shifts available, is based in Ashford and offers a rate between £30-£38, with potential increases and fantastic benefits.

As a flexible Theatre Practitioner, you will be part of a top private hospital where you can expect to work within well equipped, purpose-built theatres with access to the latest technologies. As an integral part of the team, you will play an essential role in the department's day-to-day running, making decisions relating to patient care and assisting senior practitioners, consultants, and surgeons. You will also provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care.

To succeed in this Theatre Practitioner – Scrub/Anaesthetics or Recovery role, you must be NMC or HCPC registered with a positive approach and a genuine desire to expand your skills. You will also need proven experience working within scrub, anaesthetics or recovery. In addition, you should have good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.
