As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will be central to the clinic’s medical model, leading on injectables, devices, treatment planning and patient journeys.

You will work across advanced medical aesthetics, clinical leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration — guiding practitioner-led treatments while delivering high‑level doctor‑only procedures.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Conduct comprehensive consultations and design long‑term treatment plans
Deliver advanced injectable procedures including toxins, fillers & biostimulators
Perform treatments using cutting-edge technologies (ablative, non-ablative, RF, ultrasound, pigment & vascular platforms)
Supervise practitioner-delivered treatments to ensure safety and consistency
Oversee full-face rejuvenation strategies, not single-modality treatments
Participate in clinical governance, case discussions and CQC compliance activities
Support functional medicine referrals and integrative treatment planning
Work within a multidisciplinary ecosystem that includes doctors, practitioners, wellness experts and surgeons
Ensure patient journeys reflect the clinic’s philosophy: subtle, natural, intelligent outcomes

Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced aesthetic doctor who brings:

Clinical Expertise

Strong competency in toxins, fillers, collagen stimulators and injectable artistry
Confidence working with laser and energy platforms
Experience delivering natural, high-end aesthetic results
Ability to integrate multiple modalities for full-face, full-skin rejuvenation
Understanding of minor procedures (desirable, not essential)

Leadership & Professionalism

Experience working in a doctor-led aesthetic model
Confidence supervising a team of practitioners
Deep respect for safety, governance and regulatory compliance (CQC)
Excellent consultation and communication skills
A commitment to continuous development and innovation
